However, we do not guarantee specific marketing results, increases in traffic, conversions, revenue, or any other business outcomes. Marketing success depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and implementation quality.

4. Account and Form Submissions

When you submit information through our website forms to request an audit or create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with someone
• Not provide information about others without proper authorization

We take the security of your information seriously. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. You acknowledge and accept the risks of submitting information online.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

MosVeda Marketing offers the following pricing tiers:

• Spark Plan: $149 (entry-level analysis with top recommendations)
• Growth Plan: $499 (comprehensive analysis with competitor benchmarks)
• Propel Plan: $999 (executive-level audit with strategy call and implementation roadmap)

Final pricing within each tier will depend on the scope of work, complexity, and specific services requested. You will receive a detailed quote before any service begins. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added to your final invoice.

Payment is due in full before your audit is started, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

MosVeda Intellectual Property: MosVeda Marketing retains all rights, title, and interest in our audit methodology, templates, frameworks, reports, software, and any other materials we create or develop. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for internal business purposes in connection with your audit.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your own data, business information, and any materials you provide to us. By submitting your data, you grant MosVeda Marketing a limited license to use your information solely for the purpose of providing the audit services and generating your audit report.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our audit methodology, reports, or other proprietary materials without our express written permission. You may not use our materials for commercial purposes or sell them to third parties.

Full Refunds

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify us in writing before work has commenced. If work has already begun, cancellation fees may apply.

No Refunds for Results

Refunds are not available simply because you are dissatisfied with the recommendations or outcomes of your audit. Our recommendations are advisory in nature and not guaranteed to produce specific business results.

12. Prohibited Uses

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@mosvedamarketing.com to attempt informal resolution. Please provide a detailed description of the dispute and what resolution you seek. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or, if JAMS is unavailable, by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under its rules and procedures then in effect.

The arbitration shall take place in Charlotte, North Carolina. The arbitrator will apply North Carolina law and may award any relief that would be available in court. The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or other representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action against MosVeda Marketing.

15. Modifications to Terms

MosVeda Marketing may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
